Shipping and Returns
We do our best to ship your order within 2 business days. Shipping charges vary depending on your order. We currently ship only within the US.
If you live in, or will be visiting, the San Diego area, we offer free in-store pick-up. Please add a note that says "Local Pick-up" in the "Special Instructions to Seller" section in the cart. We can refund any shipping charges and notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.
We are happy to accept returns of full-priced items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Products must be in new condition with all tags attached to be eligible for return. Please contact us within 14 days to begin processing your return.
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Many of the brands we work with offer warranties for their products. If you have a defective product or an issue that would be covered under warranty, please contact us and we can assist you with repairs or replacements.
